Data Security
Prism uses Supabase to securely manage user accounts and store learning data. Passwords are securely managed through Supabase Authentication and are never stored in plain text by Prism. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect user information, although no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Data Retention
Account information and learning data are retained while your account remains active. If you request account deletion, your account information and associated learning data will be permanently removed within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
Children’s Privacy
Prism is intended for learners of all ages. If a child creates an account, only the information necessary to provide the service is collected. Parents or guardians may contact us to request deletion of a child's account if they believe it was created without appropriate permission.
